Exciting News PB Franklin Folks!
Pickleball Franklin is teaming up with Pickleball Nashville and Music City Pickleball to create a larger, unified pickleball presence in the Greater Nashville area. For the past year, Pickleball Franklin has been facilitating play, social activities and information among pickleball players in Franklin, Brentwood and surrounding areas. Pickleball Nashville, as you may know, has been doing that and more (tournaments, clinics, lessons, etc.) for over six years.
Music City Pickleball was created earlier this year with the goal of providing club-based play for its members. Since the initial limited launch in March 2020, the club is expanding its charter and ability to accommodate more members. Players of all ability levels are welcome to apply for membership.
The combination with Pickleball Nashville and Music City Pickleball will create a broader group of players of all levels and create a single source for information about pickleball play in Middle Tennessee area. It will also allow us to coordinate great playing opportunities in more venues.
Music City Pickleball is resuming play at the TOA Sports Performance Center on October 1, 2020. We will generally be open from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday, as well as a number of Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. We are also in the process of negotiating with Lipscomb University Racquet Club, where Pickleball Nashville has been playing, to reopen those courts for use by Music City Pickleball members for evening and weekend play. More details on that to follow.
Music City Pickleball now offers two types of memberships to accommodate more players.
· Premier Members will have access to unlimited open, court reservations, leagues, tournaments, clinics, lessons and social events will also be available at no-charge or at discounted rates. Premier Members will pay dues on a monthly basis.
· Members will have the flexibility to play when their schedule allows for a “drop-in” rate during day and evening open play hours. They will also have access to court reservations, leagues, tournaments, clinics and lessons.

The Music City Pickleball website, Facebook group and email newsletter will become the main source for members and non-members to learn about pickleball activities that are of interest to them and to communicate with other pickleball players.
